How to return:

  1. Email us at support@phonecasesforall.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. 2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. 3. We'll send a prepaid return label
  4. 4. Refund is issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the return

Exchanges: Want a different design or size? We'll process an exchange at no extra cost.

 

Damaged or wrong item: If your case arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it immediately at no charge. Just send us a photo.
